These terms concern use of this website and its inquiry form, not a dataset transaction. A separate written agreement is required for any dataset license, transfer or processing arrangement.

Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about Lightfly Labs and submit a genuine business inquiry. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit malicious content or spam, or misuse another person's information.

Submitting an inquiry

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not upload or paste raw business datasets, sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential documents into the form. The form collects introductory information only and does not create an account.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish a contract for services, a licensing agreement, a partnership, an agency relationship or an obligation for either party to proceed. It does not authorize Lightfly Labs or any prospective licensee to access, process or use your business datasets.

No transaction or guaranteed offer

A submission does not guarantee acceptance, buyer interest, an offer, a completed transaction, payment or a financial return. Licensing opportunities depend on dataset characteristics, quality, rights, permitted uses and evaluation.

Compensation, fees, commissions, costs, evaluation and transaction timelines, payment structure and conditions, delivery requirements and contracting parties must be defined in the applicable written agreement. The website does not promise standard valuations, fixed timelines, fee-free transactions or specific payment terms. The signed agreement governs any actual transaction.

Authority and dataset rights

Any proposed dataset must be evaluated for licensing authority, third-party restrictions and applicable privacy requirements. Access to information does not, by itself, give you the right to license it. No license or ownership transfer is created by using this website.

Website content and third-party references

Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding commercial offer or legal, financial or investment advice. References to software tools describe potential data sources; they do not imply endorsement, affiliation or a partnership with those providers.

Lightfly Labs branding and website content, and any third-party names or marks, remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Using this website does not grant ownership of that material. Any external resources are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Confidentiality and processing

Lightfly Labs is open to entering into mutually agreed non-disclosure agreements before exchanging confidential business information.

We treat our data partners' identities and confidential business information with care. Any necessary disclosures to prospective licensing partners are discussed as part of the evaluation and agreement process. Appropriate authorization is required for supplier-identity disclosures.

We plan to work with specialized third-party data-processing providers on PII removal and preparation of authorized datasets. These arrangements are still being established. Processing, access and security requirements will be addressed during evaluation and in the relevant agreements.

Privacy and website availability

Our Privacy Policy explains the current inquiry form and information handling. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Nothing here guarantees absolute confidentiality, complete anonymization, uninterrupted availability or universal security.

Updates to these terms

These website terms may be revised as the website or business practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A website update does not amend a separate signed agreement between the parties.
