Privacy Policy

These pages describe the website and our current approach. They are not legal advice. Any data licensing or processing arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

Last updated: October 16, 2026. This policy covers inquiries submitted through the Lightfly Labs website. Any future transfer or processing of business datasets will require separate evaluation and agreements.

Information collected through the form

The evaluation form asks for your name, work email, company name, employee-count range and years-in-business range. You may also provide a website, categories of available data and a short note. We store the submitted information, the submission time and an internal reference.

Please do not submit raw datasets, customer or employee records, sensitive information, credentials, or confidential documents. Only provide business information you are authorized to share.

How inquiry information is used

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, assess potential data-licensing partnerships, ask follow-up questions and maintain a record of the evaluation. Submitting the form does not create an account, a transaction or a licensing agreement.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the database provided through Lovable Cloud. Website visitors and ordinary signed-in website users cannot read, change or delete submissions through the website. Administrative access is limited to people with authorized access to the project's management tools and privileged service access.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. The website's inquiry storage should not be treated as a system for transferring business datasets.

Service providers and sharing

We use Lovable for website hosting and Cloud services, including inquiry storage. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and the logo from an asset-delivery service. These services receive connection information, such as an IP address, when your browser requests their resources. Hosting and diagnostic services may process technical request or error information to operate and troubleshoot the site.

Inquiry information may be processed by service providers supporting those services and by authorized people reviewing an inquiry. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request. The form does not automatically send submissions to AI companies or a mailing list.

We treat our data partners' identities and confidential business information with care. Any necessary disclosures to prospective licensing partners are discussed as part of the evaluation and agreement process. Any supplier-identity disclosure requires appropriate authorization through that process.

Confidential business information and future datasets

Lightfly Labs is open to entering into mutually agreed non-disclosure agreements before exchanging confidential business information.

We plan to work with specialized third-party data-processing providers on PII removal and preparation of authorized datasets. These arrangements are still being established. Processing, access and security requirements will be addressed during evaluation and in the relevant agreements.

This is an intended approach, not a claim of completed anonymization, finalized processing partnerships, or verified encryption across future dataset-processing systems.

Cookies, analytics and technical information

The current application does not implement an advertising tracker, marketing analytics integration or a cookie-based contact form. Essential hosting technologies and technical diagnostics may operate independently of the form. We will update this policy if additional tracking technologies are introduced.

Retention

No fixed retention period has been established for inquiry records. We will assess how long records are needed for the inquiry, related business discussions and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact form.

Privacy requests and your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain uses, obtain a copy, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. The availability of these rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion, use our contact form and identify your request in the optional note. We may need to verify your identity before acting. An official business email will be added when available; there is no separate email contact listed at present.

International services and updates

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer requirements and provider arrangements need to be considered before business datasets are exchanged. We may update this policy as our services and practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
